Nicole has done my makeup twice now and I have loved the results every time. Nicole thoroughly preps the skin and ensure she understands the look you are going for before she begins. Last time I used Nicole’s mobile makeup service, this was extremely helpful being a new mom as Nicole could do all our makeup and we did not have to worry about childcare. Booking

Are you available on my preferred date and time?

Please complete my enquiry form with your event details. I'll check my availability and get back to you within 48 hours.

How far ahead should I book?

I am currently accepting:

  • 2026 bookings for all appointments.
  • 2027 bookings for group call-outs of 4 or more clients.

Booking early is always recommended, particularly for weddings and peak event dates.

Is there a travel fee?

Yes. A travel fee applies to bookings with fewer than 4 clients. The fee depends on your location and will be included in your quotation.

What is the maximum group size?

I can accommodate up to 6 clients for back-to-back makeup appointments at one location.

Do you require a booking retainer?

Yes. A booking retainer is required for every mobile appointment and can be paid via Revolut, bank transfer or secure payment link.

Your booking is not confirmed until your retainer has been received.

I booked a group but some clients have dropped out. What happens?

I require 4 weeks' notice of any reduction in group numbers. This allows me to offer those appointment times to other mobile clients or return to my salon to fill the spaces.

If numbers reduce within four weeks of your booking date, the original quoted price will still apply.

Preparing for Your Appointment

What do I need to do before my appointment?

Keep your skin well moisturised in the days leading up to your appointment. On the day, simply sit back, relax and enjoy being pampered.

Should I wash my face beforehand?

Yes please. Arrive with a freshly cleansed face for the best makeup application.

What should I wear?

Wear something you're comfortable in. If you're wearing an off-the-shoulder or strapless outfit and would like body glow applied, please wear a strappy top or camisole.

Do I need to provide lighting or a table?

I simply need a small table to set up my kit. I bring professional lighting and a tripod. If there's a space with natural light, that's always a bonus.

What if I'm running late?

Please let me know as soon as possible. I often travel between mobile appointments or return to my salon afterwards, so keeping to schedule helps ensure every client receives the best service.

Changes & Cancellations

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You may reschedule your mobile appointment up to one month before your event. Your booking retainer can also be transferred to a future in-salon appointment.

Are booking retainers refundable?

No. Booking retainers are non-refundable as they reserve your appointment time exclusively for you.

However, if you reschedule with at least one month's notice, your retainer can be transferred to a future in-salon appointment.

Peace of Mind

What happens if you become unavailable?

In the unlikely event that I'm unable to attend your appointment, I will first contact my trusted network of professional makeup artists to find a suitable replacement.

If this isn't possible, I'll provide as much notice as I can and refund your booking retainer in full.

Thankfully, this is extremely rare—I travel rain, hail, sleet or snow to ensure you look and feel your absolute best.
